Registration Fee includes: Sunday mixer; lunch (Mon/Weds/Thurs); all refreshment breaks; Tuesday BBQ dinner; Thursday closing banquet & entertainment; delegate materials and printed program and abstracts. Companion registration does not include lunches.
Full Payment is required with registrations. All early and late registrations must be paid in US Dollars.
Methods of payment include:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Wire transfer (details to be announced).
On-site payments: Equivalent amount in ARGENTINEAN PESOS at the current exchange rate (CASH ONLY). Credit Card processing will not be available for on-site payments.
Confirmation & Receipt
A receipt will be emailed to you. An official receipt will be provided at the meeting venue upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation is required for all refunds. The amount refunded will be based on the following deadlines:
- 02 July 2012 (75% refund)
- 23 July 2012 (50% refund)
- after 23 July 2012 (no refund)
Special Dietary Requirements: When you register, you will be asked to identify any special dietary requirements. For late registrants, special dietary requirements must be declared at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the conference.
